How to order the goodies!

So you loike eh?

Step 1 : Send us an email at producmev@gmail.com and write us these details:

Name :
IC:
Contact no:
Email :
Address :
Item name and quantity :
Delivery Method preferred:

Step 2: Wait for us to get back to you :)

Step 3: Once we confirm your orders, you may proceed with payment by banking in to Maybank or Hong Leong account (Acc no. provided) within 2 days.If there is no response from the potential buyer within those 2 days, the order will be cancelled.

Step 4: PLEASE send us a notification after payment is made to our accounts by sending an email back to us at producmev@gmail.com.

Step 5: Items will be sent out within the next 3 days after payment (if on weekdays).However if you were to make a payment on a weekend, the item will be only sent out on the following week.We will notify you once the item has been sent.

IMPORTANT: If the item is a PREORDER item, the buyer will have to wait for at LEAST a week for the item to be made depending on the traffic of orders . All details will be informed to the buyer personally during this time (this includes info on completion of the handmade item and time of delivery once it's packaged).

Terms and Conditions people! A MUST READ!

1. First come first serve basis.

2.Only serious buyers; no back outs or exchanges allowed AFTER confirmation. Those who do will be blacklisted.Not cool.

3. Cancellations of orders only allowed if the buyer cancels by email 1 day AFTER ordering and BEFORE confirmation.

4. Items are 100% new and sent out in good condition.

5. Items sold are not refundable.

6. Colours of items are as shown in the photographs. However slight differences could be due to the lighting.

7. Postage and shipping fee are not included and shall be borne by the buyer(unless otherwise stated) Buyer must choose either Pos Ekspress or Pos Laju for method of delivery.If Pos Laju, the postage fee will be determined by the weight of the parcel. All details can be discussed by email to producmev@gmail.com.

Usually RM 5 by Pos Ekspress for 1 or 2 items
Usually RM 7 (W.M.)
Rm 9-10 (E.M.) by Pos Laju for 1 or 2 items
But all depends on the weight of the parcel, so this is just a GUIDELINE.

8. Once you have received the goods, please send an email stating that you have received it.If we don't hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have received the goods.

9. Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 2 days. After that, it will be released to the buyers once again.

10. We will only accept/proceed the orders for those who sent us an email with all the necessary details included.

11. Goods sold are new and in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping or postage.

12. Any disputes please deal with us personally through email.

13. Sew & Sing & Everything Bling reserves the right to use pictures of our handmade products for advertisements and our blogshop.

14. Goods sold are not returnable.
